Suggestion:
20 minutes daily workout with the MAD WAVE DRY TRAINING with PADDLES are sufficient. Sets of 15-25 reps are optimal. The resistance of the rope can be achieved by varying the tension in the resting phase of the rope. Half a step forward or backward massively changes the resistance. The rope should always be taut, even during the maximum rest phase. Please pay attention to a clean, continuous pulling phase! Don't tear, don't snap!
